He does have a big Nerf, but the gun becomes real in the Metaverse.

Gonna assume it's because one guy one a big tournament with him because everyone else doesn't know how to counter his tech yet and so therefore he's "OP".
If anything, I think Shine demonstrated that Joker isn't unbeatable. Both Mars and Samsora have now double eliminated him in tournament and Tweek was a game away from beating him at both SmashCon and Evo. Besides Leo makes ANY character he plays seem busted. I mean he made everyone think Ike was the best swordsman in the game for like 3 months. I do think Joker may possibly be the best character in the game but I think he's very well designed. If anything, I wish we had MORE characters that are as complex.
