Black Red Gold - The German Combo Video

My work is done.
Thank you SLash and Blayd.

I started collecting scenes for about 10 month now. The plan was to get the best new scenes of the German Smash Community and put them in one video. Many took part - but many didn't.

With SLashs help (music, intro, credits) I created (I better should write: we created, SLash was such a big help) this video.

It was a very good combo video, loved the song choices and the clips were superb, however, I saw a lack of zair from the Samus players, therefore it's not getting the 10 it deserves :3.

Still epic though.

I may be one of the few that misses the German touch, but this definitely needed more useless and flashy editing.

Also, Blayd's jab upBs were done on characters that can shield it (except for ROB). Idk about other characters, I main Luigi so it got me cockying, I don't like unlegit clips in CVs...

I skipped the credits. It gives a bad taste and ends the video on a negative feeling, which is never good. Ending the clips with a CG wasn't a good idea either imo.

Those are the only three things I'm going to whine about. Having been in charge of the making of a combo video myself, I know how hard and frustrating it can be. You did better than most people no doubts. Plus you help us telling the US players 'yo, we are Europe, and we're going to kanker y'all =D'

all in all about the combos:
I started this video with the idea to creat a really cool video and flash everybody out there (and I've heard so often "too much editing, stopped watching" - and apart MKpor-editing I can't do very much xD)
the problem was, that many people from the German community didn't take part at this projekt (although some did) cause they want to make an own CV, don't like me, thought from beginning that the video will suck etc ...
so my intention failed a bit, but although it's not as good as I wanted it to be, I'm proud what SLash and I have done and the best thing: it's done, I don't have to tell everybody that "it's done when it's done" and the pressure of all community members is over ...
