Feel free to try this out and see if it works for you. You select a base .rel and the stage you want to replace, then press Download and the appropriate .rel file is sent to you automatically. This way, you don't have to go looking for that program or Mediafire link you use.
The webhost it's on has a 14-day trial, so that's what I'm doing now. I've heard they don't have very good support, but that's true about all of the cheap Java hosts. (As I say: cheap, reliable or Java - pick two.) This is not the permanent address for this site. It's still in a testing stage, so don't bother bookmarking it quite yet.
I'm not too worried about bandwidth, since the .rel files are pretty small. But don't come barging in all at once, okay?
