it depends which way the pivot frame makes you face (i don't know for sure, but i would randomly guess that you're still facing the way of your original dash based on the way full-dash turnaround works in melee as opposed to the way it works in barlw)

so, doesn't that necessarily imply that the pivot frame makes you face the opposite direction of your initial dash?

i guess so

unless turnaround grabbing was one implicit action (like reversing b-moves in the air), but thinking about it, pivot jabs definitely hit the opposite direction
