Can No Longer Share On 3DS...Anyone Else Getting This Message?

I think this has been happening since middle to the end of February...is anyone else getting this error? Please let me know!
If we get enough people to see this then hopefully Nintendo will look into this and fix it before the 15th!

The same thing happened to me, I'm pretty sure it just means that you're banned.
