i must agree on that however it Is possible to do it. I prefer just chaingrabbing without attacks. D tilt into a grab is nice on heavier characters though...especially on fox and falco. ^_^

Yeah, negatory on that in general, the SHFFHIL takes too long to come out, and SHFFLs don't cancel fast enough. They'll be able to jump out of one or the other, and also like everyone else said, DI. Also the F-air has more of a diagonal up trajactory and no stun time really at all.
