Smash Wii U Controller Mod - Adding Notches For Precision

I am looking to add custom notches to my Wii U Pro Controller to aid in specific moves/techs.

Main Question: Is there a thread/video where someone has mapped out the specific angles required for each move?

Examples for clarification:

• What range of angles trigger a NAIR using tilt stick? (22.5-67.5 degrees?)
• What range of angles trigger a normal tilt vs an angled tilt?
• What range of angles trigger a forward smash?
• Etc..

For Context:
In the Melee community, "Kadano Controller Mods" is a mod performed on GC Controllers to add additional notches to the left analog stick in order to provide greater precision in performing moves/techs.

I have not, but I believe Kadano only specializes in Melee. I will message him regardless.

Did you get anything back from him? I looked at his shop page and alot of people are claiming that the shop's been deserted.
