Costume-Specific Voices and Sounds

I'm super new here, so forgive me if someone's already asked about this but I have a few questions to ask regarding replacement or addition of sound effects and I don't... really feel like... wading through twenty six pages of threads.

I'm working on a personal build of Project M 3.5, adding in extra costumes and stages to my liking, but I also wanted to dabble in sounds! I figure it shouldn't be difficult to outright replace a character's voice (I'd like to replace many of Samus' robotic effects with her vocal clips from the Metroid Prime games), but I'm specifically wondering how I might go about adding in different sounds for a specific costume or set of costumes, if that's not prohibitively difficult. I figure it SHOULD be possible, seeing as Dr. Mario's Megavitamins don't sound like fireballs.

Namely, I'd like for Link and Ganondorf to sound like their Ocarina of Time counterparts when playing with those costumes selected, but preserving their default Twilight Princess voices for the default models. I have other skins I'd love separate voice sets for but Link and Ganondorf are the main ones.

Some help with this would be much appreciated! I'm just hoping this endeavor won't be too difficult.

There actually is a way. It just requires you to know how to PSA and re-code a character's moveset file to play certain newly implemented sounds.
Then there's the matter of a character's filespace to begin with when it comes to sounds.

Thaaaat sounds difficult. I was really hoping it'd be like an edit on a text file to point to certain sounds, or something relatively simple.

@ Amazerommu Amazerommu is working on some costume-specific voices right now.
^ This guy is correct. You can't make the game play every single voice clip separately yet tho (KO/Star KO sounds STILL not able to be edited)... It still annoys the crap outta me... Also:

This is also correct. Except that thing I said above.
Also also: This thing should give you hope:

Exactly what I want! I just wish it were easier to do, so I could mod it myself.
