CPU techchasing

Is it possible to practice techchasing on various lvl. fox and falco cpu's? I've noticed that they tech inwards once in a while, or in place after a d-throw. Is there anyway to make the cpu to tech more often?

Maybe with some really good custom hacking....it'd be great for training....

You could practice your "doesn't tech" options like a knee off their "bounce" or shield grabbing, I guess.
