Crunch vs. Sucker Punch

Is it better to use Crunch instead of Sucker Punch on my Speed Boost Baton Pass team? I will be passing speed boosts to Kangaskhan or Mawile and I'm wondering if Crunch would be more useful for them since I'll have at least +2 speed. What do we think?
