Outside of top 15 it's still hella wonky but it's definitely improved over time.

Yeah. Most of the weirdness down there is due to different tournament formats - going 0 and 2 in KOTH or DIME bracket shouldn't be worse than going 1-2 at PARG or Collected but.... pools aren't possible to add, really. Bracket only biweeklies are really a great thing for the ELO

Everyone stopped using TIO and sending me files even when they did, and I'm way too lazy to put together a Challonge-based ELO. Especially with how hard tag standardization is with Challonge. We should just have someone use trueskill or something
