I just wanted to ask if it was possible if the unofficial dark bowser 3.0 (maybe 3.02) could work still on 3.5 since puchu works still over pikachu slot?

It'll work, but I think it'll revert Bowser to his 3.0/3.02 version, so he'll lose any buffs/nerfs he received from his 3.5 version.If this doesn't bother you then by all means go right ahead.
if it's a costume, you just put it over the slot. you dont change the moveset files.
