Nice, thats great news. It should make all Jiggs have their tap jump off, especially for controlling uair strings.

It can be used by any character. It's common knowledge, it's just more useful for some then others.

I know, I learned about this a while back for dancing blade. But I still think it could have inmplications for Jigglypuff.

hmmmm.....very interesting...must try it out
Tap jump is never required, normal jumps can always substitute. This is especially helpful for Ness u-smash out of PSI Magnet and Squirtle hydroplaning.
