Good work. Something to keep in mind is to mark out your horizon/vanishing points early on and try to stick to those as much as possible, some of your figures in the first one look like they're leaning or floating or tipping over.
Reference really helps when figuring out poses for people as well. The rightmost soldier doesn't really look like his arm is putting weight on his knee, it's sort of... hovering. And the leftmost soldier looks like he's inspecting the side of his gun instead of pointing it straight ahead, which would probably be a more convincing pose for the scene. The hands are a little puffy looking as well, so try to mark out where the joints are.
Otherwise really decent drawing, maybe try some softer pencils for darker tones in the future.
