Doc's Cape Glitch

Hey I have some questions to ask the community about this glitch,

1. On which characters does this glitch work on?
2. On what stages does this glitch work on?
3. On the characters that this does work on does it work only at certain percents?
4. Can you Cape glitch repeatedly?
5. Are there two versions of this glitch?

Here's an example of what I mean:

(Ver.1) Fox teleports on the opposite side of the stage and appears on the stage.
(Ver.2) Fox teleports on the opposite side of the stage and appears on the ledge doing a recovering attack.

I've only done it by accident on Fox and Ice Climbers when they were holding onto the ledge.

i think the two different versions are just doing the glitch at different periods in the recovery. are we sure that the fox had not already started his ledge attack before the cape?
