Dolphin doesnt read my replays properly

I've watched the guide on how to transfer data from the wii to the dolphin. Transfered it over and the games were on the wii but when I watched them on dolphin, it wasnt the match I played. It was the same characters and stage but what the 2 characters did was completely different. Any way to fix this?
