First, the rules:
1. How many do we need you're asking, well simple: 20 fighters in the base rotser and 5 DLC fighters, Nickelodeon All-Star has that number.
2. What characters should we not include? Well, looking at Nick All-Star, the Nick racing games, as well as the upcoming DreamWorks racing game, It seen that the troll are being used as power-ups, so sorry, Poppy and Branch are gonna have to be just Assist Trophies. and as for the Boss Baby, considering the Rugrats were in Nick Racing but not in Nick All-Stars, let's say he would be for Racing but not for fighting and would be just a Assist Trophy at most, showing that GameMill doesn't like showing babies fighting.
