I usually go off with a up air or just try and down air them. U-tilt can be a bit cheeky but only works against non sweetspotters. Specifically need help in edgeguarding the new "Ganon-MkII".

Some Ganons are sloppy about sweetspotting, so if you see that they aren't doing that maybe go for the cheeky u-tilt. Other than that a runoff double jump upair is probably Falcon's safest edgeguarding, but don't be afraid to go for the hard read with a dair.
