Fair > Bouncing Fish
Forward Air to Bouncing Fish is Sheik's most used BnB combo, and deals 16% - 17% damage. Being arguably one of Sheik's best combos, it requires much testing, and so this is an ongoing project.
How to do it:
All of these percentages are tested without DI, rage, or staling, and by auto-cancelling the forward air.
Sheik’s Fair has 2 hitboxes. A weak 4% hitbox close to sheiks body, and a stronger 5% hitbox in sheiks arm and hand.

The 4% hitbox is weaker, and so combos into bouncing fish for longer, but is not at all safe on shield. The 5% hitbox is stronger, so doesn’t combo for as long, but can be spaced to be safe on shield.
Generally you want to play safe and space as far away as you can with the 5% hit, but if you’ve got a guaranteed punish use the 4% hit for an easier time comboing at higher percentages.
There are three methods of doing Fair > Bouncing Fish, and each are used for different percent ranges.
Method 1: Fair > Stationary BF
Method 2: Fair > Jump BF
Method 3: Fair > Dash Jump BF
Shortening/lengthening the Bouncing Fish is a must.
The percentages shown are the highest and lowest percentages I got Fair > Bouncing Fish to register as a combo in training mode, without DI.

Short hop then fast fall the Forward Air and immediately buffer Bouncing Fish. No other inputs needed.
Shorten/lengthen BF as necessary. For this method you must always activate the BF as early as possible. Thanks to @fyazko for double checking my percentages, and putting up with me tweeting at him all the time :]

Method 2: Fair > Jump BF
Fast Fall the Forward Air and immediately buffer Jump and Bouncing Fish. At later percentages you have to delay the BF.
Shorten/lengthen BF as necessary. For this method you must activate the BF as early as possible for the first half of when it works, and for the later percentages it is optimal to activate on reaction. At the latest percentages for this method you need to let the latest possible hit come out as otherwise it will not combo.

Fast Fall the Forward Air and immediately dash forward and jump, then Bouncing Fish. At higher percents you will also have to use double jump.
Shorten/lengthen BF as necessary. For this method you must activate the BF as early as possible, and for the later percentages it is optimal to activate on reaction. At the later percentages of this method you must also use double jump. You only need to dash enough to get momentum for your first jump.
