To make this thread "wider," how about listing your favorite starter from each gen??

Mine are:
R/B/Y gen: Charizard
G/S/C gen: Typhlosion/Feraligatr
R/S/E gen: Blaziken
D/P gen: Infernape

What can I say? I like Fire types.

the fire starter is the best starter excluding third gen, in which the water starter is the best

Y: Pikachu (well, can't choose anyone else)
GSC:Feraligatr
RSE:SWAMPERT (really, mudkip)
DP:Infernape

but my favorite starter is by far, MUDKIP
