Yes, I know there is a "Best Video Game Music?" thread, but this is just for OCRemixes.

For those who don't know what an OCRemix is, go to http://www.ocremix.org and browse around. For those who are lazy and don't know what an OCRemix is, OCRemix.org is probably one of the best video game remix sites around. There are many great and amazing pieces on the site, and there's definately something for everyone (except those who hate music).

So basically, what's your favourite OCRemix? I don't mind if it's on one of the collections (like the Sonic 3&K one, for example), either.

It's really hard to choose for me. There's so many great ones it's really annoying. I would have to go for Noppz - Zelda 64 Hyrule Party Mix. But as I said, there is probably a few that are just as good.

My favorite ReMixers on there are:

Darkesword

There's also other Remixers that I like, but those I like the best. But my favorite ReMix would be really hard to choose.

I don't really browse through OCR because there's too much stuff there.
But I hear a few of them in videos and stuff and I love this one.

Apologies for the necrobump, but thanks for creating this thread, and I'm glad to read you guys were appreciating our free music.

I'll tell you my two personal favorite tracks and hope you give them a chance, as they're not from the most popular games compared to Mario/Zelda/Mega Man/etc.:

Those are just personal favorites, so they're not my endorsement as "the best of the best"; that's up to your personal opinions. Nonetheless, I always encourage everyone to download all of our free OC ReMixes in just a few clicks from our torrents.

It's more than 1,500 tracks and 100 hours' worth of free music, so even if you listened through everything and threw away 2/3rds of the music, you'd still end up with more than 30 hours worth of great stuff to enjoy. So don't be afraid to listen to tracks remixing games you don't know. The same artists are making other awesome remixes from the games you do know, so take a chance and find some new favorites!
