Final Smashes: Advantage and Disvantage

--Mario Finale--
Advantage: Pushes people off screen.
Disvantage: Anyone can get behind you, avoiding the epidemic.
Solution: Use it at the very edge of the stage.

--Peach's Peach Blossom--
Advantage: Puts all enemies to sleep and peaches will appear.
Disvantage: Hitting anyone just once will wake them up.
Solution: Hit your opponent with something powerful, like a home run bat.

--MK's Galaxia Darkness--
Advantage: Does huge damage.
Disvantage: If you miss hitting the opponent with your cape, you'll be a waste of a Final Smash.
Solution: Use it when your opponent is hitting someone.

--Peach's Peach Blossom
Disvantage: Hitting anyone just once will wake them up.
'Better' disadvantage: Doesn't work on enemies in the air.

--Critical Hit (Marth)--
Advantage: Kills anyone in front of you at 0%
Disadvantage: Pretty easy to avoid
Solution: Combo into it

--Zero Laser (Samus)--
Advantage: Looks badass, kills at low percents, covers a big part of the screen
Disadvantage: A lot of lag afterwards, transforms you into ZSS
Solution: Be able to play ZSS well - or - don't use it

peaches final smash DOES work on people in the air

my friend does it all the time

No it doesn't. First of all, you can't fall asleep in the air. I've avoided it a bunch of times just by jumping and up-B. You just can't land on the ground at any time while it's going.

Giga Bowser:

Advantage: Does a great amount of damage.
disadvantage: you get stuck easily.
solution: there is no solution for getting stuck

Disvantage: People can stand on top of the tank.
Solution: Do a barrel roll!

You can Jump over Mario's.

I was playing with Smash Balls on a bit ago on battlefield and I was Sonic and I up-b over all of his final smashes.

Pokemon Trainer - Triple Finish
Advantage: Wide range, especially as it goes further.
Disadvantage: Does nothing to anyone behind or directly above you.
Solution: Use it near the edge of the stage.

Pikachu - Volt Tackle
Advantages: Fast and can rack up damage very quickly.
Disadvantages: Sometimes TOO fast, hard to steer.
Solution: Practice, practice, practice (And play on smaller stages/activate it close to them)

Lucario - Aura Storm
Advantages: Powerful and damages quickly. Also traps opponents and final blow causes great knockback. Brings Lucario back to the center of the stage if you went to break open a Smash Ball in mid-air.
Disadvantages: Predictable and slow moving. Easy to dodge on larger stages. Multi-jump characters can get over Lucario and move to the "safe side."
Solution: Activate the Final Smash directly above your opponent, it spikes them downwards meaning you can trap them quickly in the beam. Focus on a single target and try and out smart your foe.

Jigglypuff - Puff Up
Advantages: Shoves opponents away, can easily KO on stages with walk off edges or small stages. Gigglypuff of course is also an advantage.
Disadvantages: Limited use on larger stages, does no damage unless the opponent is touching Jigglypuff at a certain point.
Solution: Play on small stages.

Ice Climbers - Iceberg
Advantages:: Causes continuous damage to opponents, can also freeze them. Makes it so there's little to no footing meaning the opponent can slide off the stage.
Disadvantages: The Ice Climbers themselves have little to no footing and also slide. Easily avoidable on larger stages. Opponents can Up-B out of it repeatedly. Iceberg can also seperate the Ice Climbers, one on each side, making their Up-B recovery next to useless if they slide off the stage.
Solution: Play on smaller stages, don't let the Ice Climbers get seperated. Be able to handle the slip.

I'd extend the pros and cons a little bit more, they're a bit too general IMO.


Peach's final smash name is Peach Blossom BTW

Disadvantage: It's not much of a stretch for your oponent to get out the way once they see you get the smash ball.
Solution: Activate close to oponent.

Solution: Activate close to oponent.
Yea, but they jsut take some damage and they are home free again.
The only way to ensure at least 1 KO is to execute it near an edge, so that anyone on that side cannot come back.

I'd like to append this.

Disadvantage: If the opponent is off the ground, they will not fall asleep.
Solution: Somehow arrest them for a brief moment before starting, or do it will they are preoccupided.
