Ugh, he still has the attack in Melee. It's not a drop kick either, that's what Samus, Captain Falcon, and Ganondorf have for their Up-Tilts.

Fox's SSB smash was a horizontal spinning drill kick.

The attack is used in Melee as his attack edge recovery. (Press A or B while on the ledge)

Yeah he stills have the move but uses it when he's getting up from the edge..
