Frame Data Question

ive checked enoch's and 3GOD's frame data threads but tehre's nothing on Falco's shield.
anyone know how quickly it goes up/down?
how it stacks up against jumping out of shield/upsmash OOS/shield grabbing?

would be super helpful

Shield on frame 1, shielddrop takes 7 frames, jumping OoS or upB OoS takes 1 frame extra since you're canceling a jump. Counts for all characters with a normal shield (everyone but Yoshi).
