Further problem with Brawl Minus

Did a fresh install, works perfectly, but with 2 problems so far:

CCP's don't show up and causes the coding to fail, (I can tell because Marth's neutral B-air doesn't lunge forward like it should,) and PSA's do the same thing, (downloaded This., and it cause the same problem, the custom move sets stopped working.

Anyone have an idea as to what is causing this?

Are you using that same broken sd card? Have you tried using a new nonbroken sd card? >.>

Did you bother reading the other topic?

The lock switch falling off doesn't affect the validity of the card.

I might get another one soon.

Better yet, I'll back up my card a re-format it...

I know you said it didn't affect the validity of the card. The sd card is the only thing that I can think of that would be the cause of the problem.
