My first tournament was a melee tournament. I went in there cocky as hell, when I didn't know **** about the game lol. I then proceeded to get wrecked first round and finished dead last. I've come a long way since then; still haven't won any actual tournaments but through my tournament experience I've developed a better and more confident mindset. I will admit though that I still shake when I'm in a tourney set that's REALLY close (game 3, last stock, last hit).
