Ganon Controls

hi, could you guys help me out with my ganon controls cuz im confused about which
would be the fastest and most efficient buttons for ganon. and don't say that
whatever you prefer is the best way... I have no probablem adjusting.

these are the controls i use right now:

Jump: X
Air attacks: button A
roll/ground dodge/L-canceling/shield : R trigger

i was thinking of using Z for air attacks and L-canceling since you can L-cancel with Z as well.
OR jumping with Y and using L trigger for L-cancel and shielding.

i do about everything the same except i use c-stick for about everything. i think that helps make things faster

Air Attacks: C-stick
L-Canceling: L
roll/ground dodge/shield: R

The c-stick does make things faster.

*N-air: A
Tilts: A
L-cancel: L
Shield: L
Wavedash: R and X
Tech*: L
*Ledge-tech: R

Shielding with L and wavedashing with R allows you to wavedash out of shield, which is pretty cool to use while avoiding projectiles.

I kinda alternate between L/R cuz my controllers are messed up like that, but i mainly use L...

I dont use the c-stick at all. Yeah other Ganondorfs might say that I can never be good unless I use the c-stick, but I dont care, Im pretty **** good as it is. I also use the control stick to jump. I use R for all other techs.

Jumping with the control stick in combination with c-stick arials makes double attacking (double stomping, mainly) much easier, because there is no transition time. You don't have to move your thumbs across the controller for this technique

Use L to L-cancel, that way you can use R to break into wavedashes quicker from an L-cancelled attack.
