i have been playing ZZS now for a few weeks and thought I was pretty good but then got on for glory and was dominated what can I do to get better I use the stock controls

Not sure how you play, but turn off tap jump. ZSS relies on a lot of aerials and you don't want tap jump to interfere with your controls. Not sure if this will work for you, but I use Y to grab. It helps me a lot. Maybe check out some techniques/combos you can implement? There is a plethora of them on YouTube, so I suggest you give it a shot.
