The CPU is just scared of Giga, they won't fight consistently when a Giga Bowser is around. Though it's funny, I think that now that Giga is a killable character they need to attack him as any other character. Also I personally think he should be heavier, but I leave that to people who get this stuff more than I do. It would be great to set a different ratio which is different for any character, like on Melee's debug menu.
