H.O.R Summer Kickoff Tournament!​



Well, the Summer is starting soon and what better way then to go with a tournament? Winners will end up on the H.O.R. Wall of Fame!!! Who will be the King of Summer???

Standard Rules

* 3 stock
* 8 minutes
* No items
* Single elimination
* All matches will be played best 2/3 (two out of three)
* Finals will be played best 3/5 (three out of five)
* Neutral Stages are allowed for counter picking
* 16 man tournament
* Public open. No need to be a member of H.O.R.

Additional Rules

* In the case of the timer running out the winner will be decided by stock and if the stock is the same then it will be decided by percentage. If a winner can not be decided by this manner the contestants will go in to sudden death.
* The Infinite Dimensional Cape Technique is banned from this tournament
* All participants are limited to 3 (three) characters only.
* If a participant can not play or if the lag is unbearable the match will be decided by a coin flip.
* All participants who do not play or flip for their matches will be disqualified. If a problem occurs please VM or PM me.

* Picto Chat
* Rainbow Cruise
* Norfair
* Lyat Cruise
* All Neutral Stages listed above


Banned:

* Anything not listed above

**Stage list may change. Final list will be posted on end date of signups**

Round Dates

Signups open until June 21st, 2010

*Round dates may change depending on if all contestants have finished that round*

Round 1: June 21st to June 28th
Round 2: June 29th to July 6th
Round 3: July 7th to July 14th
Finals: July 15th to July 22th (Or more if time constraints are evident.)
