Hacking Brawl to be faster, at least 60 fps in battle

Is there a hack to make the game load faster when you first boot it up?
Say, to skip the intro movie and go directly to the main menu?

I'm tired of waiting so long to get to the menu.
It's like the PS1 and Saturn all over again.

I think he might be talking about Dolphin, guys. It's pretty processor-intensive and doesn't run Brawl at 60FPS unless you've got a recent and decent gaming rig. I'm using a laptop for testing some hacks and Brawl generally runs at about half speed on it.

The Dolphin team is trying as many hacks as they can to optimize the emulator. Unfortunately, they can only do so much. RetroAntonio, what you really need is a better computer.

Misinformation aside, I think he means the gameplay is too slow.

There's a code floating around that speeds everything up...

Try using Brawl+. Regular Brawl is 60fps, it's just generally slow.
I always think Melee is really fast whenever I see it.

And there is a fast brawl mode in special brawl without needing the use of any hacks anyways.

You could take the hard way, and shorten everyone's animations, but that would be hell. ^-^
