My apologies to Zao. I had made him restart a match because I had to switch some people around in the bracket and hadn't known he was playing a tournament match. It was r1 and I wanted to get things started off quickly so I made him stop and was informed he was actually playing a tournament match.
That he was winning. In the 2nd round. With 1 stock left on his opponent.
I robbed him of winning the set, and he went to go 0-2 in sets after.

I ended up paying his entry, but regardless, I'm wicked sorry Zao =/

Yea I think so. That place was littered with CRTVs but HOG seems to be carrying more laggy Tvs. Plus the place was pretty crowded compared to last time I can't imagine it with tri state lol.

Who is going to upload the footage though? I "could" come back and pick it up. How long do you think ppl are planning on staying there? If its like 2 hours then I might make the 30 min drive back to play some more.

Really fun tournament.

Matt and Swift did a great job. Crazy turnout, lots of good players. Really good to see Zoso entering and doing really well. I suck horribly in teams as does Marth. GGs to Thorn and Banks, you guys are too good. Everyone was really friendly, it was nice. I'm officially a fan of New England smash. That's all I can think of for now. Shoutouts later.

Honestly, I think Marth can be good in teams, but he's not like the powerhouses who can just go to town as long as they have a good stock tank. It depends on your style/how well it meshes with your teammate's. Your mileage may vary.

Great tourney! Very well run, good turnout, and it was wonderful to see everybody as usual!

Also my set with $Mike was amazing and that **** needs to get uploaded ASAP.

I think the worst part was being so close, so in the clear for winning, just to once again see "last place: Zao". After that set's abrupt ending I just lost all of my focus and was playing mad the rest of the bracket. I feel like if I had been able to concentrate, I would've won those other sets too.

Guess that means I'm going to have to **** some serious *** at ROM3.

And thank you for paying my entry back, Matt, that was actually really cool of you. Sorry I was rage-y the rest of the day.
