Having trouble with Rosalina and sheik

As a luigi main I have a terrible time agaisnt rosalina and luma, and sheik.

Sheik isn't to bad compared to rosa n luma but still can't be a pain of a MU for me I need a secondary to counter both of these as I got a couple of mates and oppenents at local tournaments who run rosalina and luma. Could any of you help me with who to choose?

Please refer to the specific matchup thread or the stickied matchup thread. We have discussed Sheik in the specific one but you can nominate Rosalina for that too!
