Help modding BG_Icon and prevent char sel freeze

Hello,

So I am having trouble inserting the bg_icon into my game.

wimpykid456 helped me make the bg_icon but unfortunately it freezes my game when I press "Brawl".

Resolved. Problem was that file wasnt converted to CMPR!

Where is the BG_icon in PM's files? If you don't mind me asking.
