I'm new to the competitive scene, so bear with me!
And if Ninjask is allowed in UU, I'd replace one of my ghosts with it.

Absol (Anger) @ Razor Claw
Adamant/Super Luck
4 HP/252 Att/252 Spd
Night Slash, Psycho Cut, Shadow Claw, X-Scissor
50% critical hit rate and type coverage.

Banette (t0mmy) @ Iron Ball
Adamant/Frisk
4 HP/252 Att/252 Spd
Shadow Claw, Sucker Punch, Will-o-Wisp, Trick
Trick + Iron Ball = slow opponent. Mainly I use his Frisk ability to see the foe's held items and switch them before they can use them, like the overheat+white herb combo.

Mismagius (t!mmy) @ Spell Tag
Calm/Levitate
4 HP/252 SpAtt/252 Spd
Shadow Ball, Dark Pulse, Pain Split, Confuse Ray
Not sure about this one. I'd rather have Ninjask to help out my Absol but I don't know if that's allowed...

Scyther @ Choice Band
???/Technician
252 Att/252 Def/4 Spd
X-Scissor, Brick Break, Aerial Ace, Quick Attack
I seriously don't remember his nature :embarrass but I know it was a neutral one. X-Scissor and Brick Break are obvious. Aerial Ace gains STAB and Technician's boost. Quick Attack is there as a surprise KO move.

Steelix (Arcturus) @ Leftovers
Brave/Sturdy
252 HP/120 Att/136 SpDef
Gyro Ball, Earthquake, Stone Edge, Stealth Rock
Brave lowers speed so Gyro Ball will do the most damage possible. Stealth Rock damages Fire types wanting to switch in and makes Confuse Ray victims hurt when switching out.

Kabutops (Zeik) @ Razor Fang
Adamant/Swift Swim
120 HP/252 Att/136 SpDef
Rain Dance, Rock Slide, Waterfall, Confuse Ray
Good flinch rate with Rock Slide, Waterfall, and Razor Fang, while Rain Dance doubles his speed.

Thanks in advance. Constructive criticism is appreciated.

You have to put down their EV's as well...

Absol wants Life Orb or Scope Lens.

Banette's Frisk / Iron Ball thing confuses me.

Mismagius might be okay, depending on your EVs. Either Life Orb or Leftovers.

Aerial Ace > Wing Attack.

Steelix wants Explosion and Leftovers.

Kabutops wants either a damp rock or Life Orb, and COnfuse Ray is a terrible attack. Aqua Jet and Return are nice in the last slot.

Never use Ghost and Dark type attacks in the same movesets. They both hit the same things super effectively.

Absol: replace Shadow Claw for Superpower
Banette: replace either Sucker Punch or Shadow Claw for Return or Destiny Bond
Mismagius: replace Confuse Ray and Dark Pulse for Thunderbolt and/or Substitute and/or Calm Mind.
Kabutops: I'd usually have someone else start up the rain, so Kabutops has more room in his moveset. Replace Confuse Ray for Return.
