I'm trying to make a Ganondorf texture but ASH says that it could have more than 256 colors and will corrupt the texture.
I go into GIMP and index it and then remove alpha channel. Doesn't work.
I went into photoshop and also set it to indexed mode there and then saved as a .tga. It still won't work.
The image is around 70 colors and I don't know how to "put it in manually".
How can I get the texture to go in my .pcs and .pac?
Can someone please explain what photoshop does that causes this problem to be fixed? Thanks
