Trust me. Ask your teacher for help outside class. Should work wonders if the grades aren't producing. I had trouble with Trigonometry back in 10th grade (which was years ago)... but anyways should be just fine. Plus now there are tutorials online to help you if you don't know a particular section in any math course. Yeah!

It's your freshman year, so you have to adjust how different high school is compared to middle school. Don't be a afraid to ask the teacher or fellow classmates for help.

The teacher is really...unlikeable. If I ask a question, her intonation sounds like, "Lol I'll explain it to you cause you're dumb". I'd rather do bad in the class than have made feel worse by talking to her.

Consider after school tutoring then. Since the tutors are usually students, they can relate to your situation more than teachers.
