Pac Man was annoying, not anymore. Here's the thing: Toxic chaarcters deserve to suck, But Nintendo took away the toxicity of pac Man and left him to rot. So he needs serious buffs by virtue of being a normal character.

Brawler's Dropkick is not like Flare Blitz. It's Skull Bash. And I know online links are spammy. But I thought we were judging this by online, with 3(or 4) exceptions.

Well Ima complain about Back Slash spam. It's annoying and stally, since most characters just have to block it, and sometimes that doesn't work cause Spot Dodge and Shielding have startup.

Everyone else on this list already said evertything I'd have to say about Pikachu, Kirby or Shulk.
Though Pikachu's Down B isn't as bad as in Brawl, Kirby's gotten lighter, and I'm rather grateful not that many people have figured out the Mondado Arts. They're pretty advantageous if you know how to use them.
