How do I get the Wii Fit Trainer run like a Hadouken

I was playing with a 300% handicap with a random customized Wii Fit Trainer and I notice that when she ran she had an aura around her body that look like a houdken. How do I get that for her?

That's just an effect from custom equipment, it happens for every character.

I'm pretty sure it's the Crash Run equipment buff or something like that. That's basically all there is to it, as long as you have that particular effect on a piece of gear, it's gonna happen.
