How to make Ivysaur stronger

Get a jigglypuff to use rest because it gives him a flower, and then have mario and squirtle water the flower, and then throw blue pikmin at the flower because blue pikmin are basically plants and they will water it and ivysaur will grow healthy and have a stylish flower. It should look like this:
