How do you remove the aura mechanic (attacks getting stronger as damage increases) from Lucario in PSA (or otherwise)?

How to Remove Lucario's Aura Mechanic

There may be an easier way to do it, but the only way I know of is through hex editing. You'll need a hex editor (I use the free version of Hex Editor Neo) to open up Lucario's .pac file.
When you're in there, you'll need to head to offsets 18EC0 and 18EC4, which are the aura floor multiplier and aura ceiling multiplier. Change both of those values to 3F800000.
This should lock Lucario's power level into what it would be at 75% damage- which is also the power level Lucario's aura-based hitboxes actually match the values listed for them in PSA.
