How will wavedashing affect Mr. Game and Watch?

It won't affect any character. If side-tournaments with wavedash on occur SWF Brawl will be splitted in two and it will be annoying >_>

That's for sure, but every board will have topics related to wavedash and it will start to bother people off that do not play with hacks. That could be easily avoided though, by just creating a single thread in every character board about Brawlee (lawl), but there's always the stupid person that doesn't read and creates new topics for everything.

wavedash to dtilt is great. gw has a very good wd compared to most of the cast. also wd-fsmash and wd-dsmash.... i think it could be great for techchasing dthrow as well.

It won't. No one is going to use it in competitive play, which is what SWF is all about. Enough with the fricken wavedashing posts? There's one in every character board and then some. This is a new game, brawl, not Melee 2.0. If you want wavedashing, play melee, if not, play brawl.

not only will this not be used in tournament play, almost no one will use it outside of it either. it's pointless, there are dozens of other things that melee did differently that also contribute to it being a different, better game, simply hacking in wavedashing doesn't suddenly make brawl good(it doesn't).
