Your not bad, just need some help being defensive. Don't roll into him, worst idea ever. Try to jus jump, air dodge, or ground dodge and then combo. Or if you want more distance, grab. If he's chasing you, just luigicopter around the stage, gives you great distance and time to plan your next attack.

pretty good, i agree with hoho420 roll alittle less and you'll be fine.

oh also luigi's throw is not effective for combos, effective low % killing, or for racking up %. but other than that youre golden

He had a GREAT Metaknight tho. I wish I could of saved the match, but it wouldn't let me for some odd reason.
I'm trying to add more air and ground dodges and roll less.

I was playing against a friend and had a great combo, he jump up from a ledge I nair'd, fair'd bair'd, bair'd, then he landed and I up-b'd him(something like that), but again... wouldn't let me save the match..I was so upset... >_< . so I deleted some old crappy replays hope that it will work...

You did pretty well but you did miss some excellent moments for an up B attack!

Thats a very under used move for Luigi players... If you can incorporate and master that technique for offense as well as recovery, you should be set to beat most online pub games

I have a new video of another TLInk match and Pirate ship.
finding good 1v1 matches now-a-days is hard. I always get stupid FFA or when I do get a 1v1, there are always stupid CPUs...

Sorry for the huge bump, but instead of making a new thread I figured I'd just update my old one.
Anywho, I took a LONG LONG break from Brawl, but recently my friends have persuaded me to pick the controller back up and play again.
So I have updated with new vids with both of my friends, Lreno and Servo.
I have many more videos to post... but Youtube takes WAY to long to upload a single video for me...
So, once again, I ask for advice to improve my Luigi.

Pretty good. My only advice is to use n-air more, to break up combos and even start your own.

Try to use less dash attack and less down B. I mainly use down B to suprise them or to punish sidestep dodge spammers.

You don't roll as much as before, but you could still get caught with it. Try to be less predictable with your defense.

Also, try not to use side B as an attack. It's very easy to stop and punish.

And, more aerials. Thats about all I can think of. ^_^

Thanks for the advice. More N-air and aerials, got it.
Whenever I use Side B as an attack, it's on accident... I go to use Down B, and I accidentally do the side attack... >_<
Also updated with the last 3 matches w/ Lreno. I have more with Servo, but it's just a matter of uploading them now.
