Okay, so is it common knowledge that if you land on a platform with your side b perfectly you can use it to change directions? I did it trying to change direction and pac man rode the platform and flipped around and got the kill

You might want to elaborate cause without video I'm not entirely sure what you mean by landing on a platform. Like the side-b ends on a platform or you're pushing the side-b pellet onto a platform? And changing direction during side-b or after coming out of side-b?
