If Ryu had custom moves?

What would they be? These are my guesses.

Neutral special 2 - Gohadou - A chargeable, faster moving Hadouken that can be aimed upwards. The downside is that it deals less damage and even less knockback than Hadouken.
Neutral special 3 - Denjin Hadouken - A Hadouken that can be charged for two seconds and deals electric damage upon contact. Does heavy shield damage but moves slowly.

Side special 2 - Tatsumaki Gorasen - A Tatsumaki that spins upwards and ends with a powerful kick. Does the same in the air.
Side special 3 - Bofu Tatsumaki Senpukyaku - A fierce Tatsumaki that spins so fiercely that it summons a powerful wind storm to blow the opponent away.

Up special 2 - Tiger Blow - A less refined version of Sagat's Tiger Uppercut. Hits multiple times and deals more damage, making it a better combo ender, but it doesn't go as far as the Shoryuken.
Up special 3 - Shoryureppa - A series of three flaming Shoryukens that takes both you and the opponent higher in the air with each one. The last Shoryureppa is optional. Each jump leaves you more open than the last, unfortunately.

Down special 2 - Red Focus Attack - This Focus Attack cannot be interrupted by any attack. In exchange for this persistance, it takes longer to reach higher levels and it will do 3% recoil to Ryu for each use.
Down special 3 - Parry - Ryu only holds stance for a split second, and this has no super armor. In exchange, Ryu will block any attack that connects while he is in position with no lag.

1) Gouhadouken (Akuma's; the one that, if activated in the air, shoots downward diagonally)
2) Baku Hadouken (delayed Hadouken that disappears then reappears in a huge explosion a distance away)

Up
1) Goushoryuuken (Akuma's SRK)
2) Hadou Shoryuuken (chargable SRK from UMVC3 that ends with an upward Hadouken)

Down
1) Hyakki Shuu (jumping flip that leads into either dive kick or Neutral special)
2) Launcher / "S" Attack (this is a bit weird; basically it's an uppercut animation other than his crouching fierce that knocks the opponent a fixed distance upward so that Ryu can cancel into a super jump [which cannot be double jumped from] and attack the airborne opponent a la MVC)

Side
1) Ryuusoukyaku ("Axe Kick" that instantly breaks shields upon hit. ok yeah this sounds dumb but you do sacrifice your normal Side B [aka a huge part of your recovery game] for this)
2) Shunpuukyaku (Sakura's.)

... yeah I honestly just want MVC in Smash, tbh

the way i think about it , ryu basically has custom moves. His strong medium and heavy versions of his specials work a lot like customs, and on top of that he has his red fireball as well
