If Sakurai went insane, what characters would he add and what would their movesets be?

Let's say Sakurai goes insane and decides to add Waluigi, or Sans, or some other character he would probably never add. So, what character would that be, what moves would they use, and what other references would get added into Smash Bros.?
As a sidenote, if someone else has already made a comment about a character you were going to discuss, reply to their comment with your opinions on the movesets/abilities instead of posting another comment about Geno or whatever.
