I would choose either meteor mash or agility

Meteor Mash because:
1.) it's powerful despite the 85% accuracy (could pretty much fix this with Wide Lens)
2.) 20% chance of increasing attack so that I can keep getting stronger at a moderately steady rate
3.) so I could destroy my school at will

Agility because I could outrun my friends and foes alike

Teleport came to mind at first, but if Psychic can do what it did in the first movie then I'd have to go with that. Not only would you have telekinesis, but you have powers like mind control and you can make yourself levitate/fly, which is almost as good as Teleport.
