International Pings/frames

I was wondering what other peoples pings are likefor international p2p?

From Australia:

Europe: 7-9 frames
Canada: 7 frames
USA: 6-7 frames
Mexico: 5 frames
Japan: 3-5 frames

with whom do you get 7 frames in europe?
i know i get about 350-400ms to australia and other europeans get similiar results.

used to get 5 frames with sheer in the usa too

How's Australia with South America?

looking at the pings of those wandering onto our servers, not much better than europeans, and in some cases worse (i think i got 8 frames p2p with a guy who said he was from chile)

Talkin about both p2p and non-p2p, though mostly p2p, I am not positive for some of these
From EC US, New Jersey

Europe: 5-10 frames (I once played a guy in EC Russia...big mistake lol)
Canada: 1-4 frames
USA: 1-4 frames
Mexico: 3-6 frames
South America: I get 9 frames on LAN in a Brazilian server (Heist.com)
Japan: have only played one person p2p, was from Nagoya, I believe we got 10 or 11. I get 15 frames on Exec on a random server in Taiwan (Taiwon FishMon)

east coast usa: 2-3 frames
canada: almost always 2 frames or lower
mexico: 3-5
europe: 4-6(mostly 5)
japan: 4-6 last time I checked
australia: 7

With my bad internet I don't think I can have low ping with anyone far from Europe...
