Is Falcos CG suppose to be impossible to get out of.

Well i know its not impossible but i mean is that when i CG my friends they tend to get out of it somehow, its the motion there floating in the air but then the second time i'm unable to grab sometimes. Is there a different time pattern depending on chars or walking/running grabs vary for chars. I'm not a noob but this was just one of the things bothering me.
