I know there is a code that will allow people to hear songs ALREADY in brawl over wifi... i was wondering if there is one that allows them to hear the custom brstm's?

Nope.
They just hear whatever songs they have.
And the same applies for textures.
They don't see your textures.
They just see theirs.
Unless you both have the same BRSTM's/textures.
